For Malaysian small businesses

Which job actually made money?

Most accounting apps tell you how much you earned last month. They cannot tell you which project, job, or event was worth doing. This one can.

The problem

Most SMEs run two layers at once — the daily business, and the projects, jobs, or events that come and go. A photographer shoots weddings and sells prints. A caterer serves walk-ins and takes event bookings. A workshop does daily repairs and full restorations.

Existing tools flatten both into one monthly figure. The month looks fine while a single job quietly loses money — and you find out, if at all, long after you could have done anything about it.

How it works

1

Capture

Photograph a receipt, record a sale, or enter an expense. Images are compressed on your phone before anything is uploaded, so it works on prepaid data.

2

Confirm

We read the receipt and suggest the merchant, date, amount, and which project it belongs to. You check it and confirm. Nothing is recorded until you do.

3

Understand

Every entry counts once — toward your business, and toward the project you assigned it to. See profit and margin per job, not just per month.

What you get

Profit per project

Contract value, costs, collected, margin — for every job, side by side.

Receipt capture

Snap and file. Thermal receipts fade; capture them while they are still readable.

Daily sales

One line a day. A stall owner is not made to record forty RM5 transactions.

Staff access

Staff can record sales and capture receipts without seeing your profit figures.

Quotations & invoices

Quote, convert it to a project, invoice it, record the payment. One thread.

Export for your tax agent

Your records, in a form your agent can actually work from.

What we will not claim

Automated reading is a suggestion, not a verdict. It misreads faded thermal receipts. It sometimes cannot tell which of three printed totals you actually paid. It cannot know whether a meal was with a client or with your family — only you know that.

So we show you what we read and ask you to confirm it. Where we put a category on a transaction or mark it business or personal, that is there to help you keep your records and form your own estimate — not a ruling on what you may claim.

This service is a record-keeping tool. It is not an accountant, not a tax agent, and not tax advice. It records what you tell it; it does not decide what you may claim. Your filings remain yours.
